Denver and Rio Grande Western no. 3670 Boxcar

Denver and Rio Grande Western narrow-gauge trussroad Boxcar no. 3661. Built in 1904 and designated for hauling only sugar, flour, and beans; its companion cars, no. S-3271 and 3272 carried everything from ore concentrates to beer. The photograph sows details of weather, lettering, door hardware, and the way the special designation appears on a cracked rectangular plank attached to the car side [GPL].
