The letter cover addressed to Miss Stewart, 25 Upper Baker Street, London shows (1) a manuscript charge mark of l/1½;, and (2) a small boxed Scottish additional ½d; in black, applied in London. Type IIIB, size 18.5xl2mm H & S reference no. 144, which was recorded in use 11.11.28 to 6.8.1831.
