Under the Spreading Chestnut Tree. Sculptor: Benjamin Creswick. c.1890. Patinated cast iron, 9 inches high x 15 inches wide x 2 inches deep. The Coalbookdale Foundry created this, which is one the three panels on the famous mantelpiece by Arthur Heygate Mackmurdo. The photograph in the 1880 Studio states that the three panels were bronze.
