St. Mark and St Matthew, next to St John and St Luke in a south chancel window of William Butterfield's St Mary Magdalene, Enfield. As one of the church's original stained-glass windows of c.1883, this would have been made up by Heaton, Butler and Bayne to Butterfield's own designs (see "The Chancel Glass" and Eberhard). Making a pair with the previous one, this shows the other two gospel-wriiters similarly poised to record the momentous events of Christ's life.
