Jane Rogers

Jane Rogers, author of "Dickens and Urania Cottage, the Home for Fallen Women," was born in 1959 in London. She studied at King Alfred's College in Winchester and is currently doing a Masters Degree in Victorian Studies at the University of Huddersfield. Jane lives in Skipton, North Yorkshire with her three teenagers, husband and dogs, Fred and Ginger. At present she teaches English at Craven College in Skipton.
