LLuvia de Segovia de Kraker

Lluvia de Segovia de Kraker [lluviau2@gmail.com] nació en 1989 en Kampen, Holanda. Esta doble nacionalidad y su bilingüismo han permitido que desarrolle un interés en estudiar distintas culturas y sus idiomas. Estudió Filología Inglesa en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid y durante el último curso de la carrera tuvo la oportunidad de estudiar en la Universidad de Edimburgo, en Escocia, gracias a la obtención de una beca Erasmus. Cursó el máster de Estudios Literarios en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, y escribió el trabajo final del máster sobre la anti-utopía en Nosotros de Zamiátin y la distopía en Fahrenheit 451 de Bradbury. También ha participado en un curso Erasmus de Literatura Digital, y ahora está preparándose para hacer un doctorado en el extranjero.

Lluvia de Segovia de Kraker [lluviau2@gmail.com] was born in 1989 in Kampen, The Netherlands. Thanks to her dual nationality and her bilingualism, she has been able to develop her studies of different cultures and languages. She studied English Literature at the Complutense University of Madrid, and she had the opportunity to spend the last full academic year of her degree (2011-2012) studying at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, thanks to an Erasmus grant. She holds a Master´s on Literary Studies at her home university (the UCM), and she wrote her dissertation on anti-utopia in Zamyatin’s We and dystopia in Bradbury’s Fahrenheit 451. She also took part in an Erasmus course on Digital Literatures, and now she is looking forward to start a PhD abroad.
