Source: Perkins, Plate XIX in Appendix
Top: "Upper portion of the terra-cotta altar in the church of the Eremitani at Padua by Giovanni da Pisa, the scholar of Donatello"; bottom: "Angel from the altar by Donatello in the chapel of the Sacrament at Sant' Antonio at Padua" (Perkins, Appendix, following p.274).
