Christ the High Priest, Christ the Judge of Quick and Dead, Christ the King of Kings

Probably by Clayton & Bell

c.1909-11

St John the Baptist, Holland Road

Kensington, London

"A series of windows depicting Aspects of Christ runs across the two chapels and the baptistery" at the west end of the nave (Listing text). Like most of the windows in the church, these are likely to have been by the firm of Clayton & Bell, even if not specifically attributed to the firm (see the listing text). According to Bridget Cherry and Nikolaus Pevsner also: "Good STAINED GLASS, by Clayton & Bell, apart from one S aisle window by Kempe" (458) — and apart, too, from the east and west windows.
